He has not developed a new style, but he worked out more the artistic side in yoga and his poses have a remarkable expression. One of his qualities in his yoga postures is the conscious articulation of an exercices in three parts.
Especially the chest area is emphasized in Heinz Grill’s yoga poses. It is like a dynamic, powerful center. You can observe this very well especially in his backbends.
His postures express a dynamic thoracic spine in the center is always very dynamic, the pelvis stable and calm, the arms light. It gives the yoga poses a certain order and livelyness.
